To book an appointment, please fill our the contact information below and click “submit”.  We will be in contact with you as soon as possible.  We are often not available by telephone. We do not answer our phone when in sessions with clients or are otherwise unavailable. At these times, you may leave a message on our confidential voice mail, and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

Confidentiality

All information disclosed within sessions and the written records pertaining to those sessions are confidential and may not be revealed to anyone without the client’s written permission, except where disclosure is required by law. Most of the provisions explaining when the law requires disclosure are described in the Consent for Treatment.

Fee for Services

It is the goal of 3 Star Ranch to provide services to the military community at no-cost depending on the funding available. We have access to funding through the Veterans Administration Adaptive Sports Grant which allows 8 sessions per fiscal year.  If additional sessions are requested, clients will be expected to pay the $150 per 45 minute session, unless other arrangements have been made.  If military or veterans would like to use his or her insurance for these additional sessions, they will still pay for the sessions but can seek their own insurance reimbursement.
